- step out to position 2.5 on opposite side ensuring subjects arm remains straight
- remove second cuff and step back, creating safe distance from subject
- maintain control throughout

- palm heel strike subjects hand. with closest hand, securing tool to your belt
- deliver strikes to forearm or lower body, rotate away from subject in direction of best retention. If subject continues to hold onto holster, peel fingers/distract and force release

- utilizing forward momentum, grab just below the ‘crown’ of the subject’s head and force the subject’s chin to chest guiding the head straight to the ground
