The error message indicated to call GE, which I did. Johnny there said to run the collimator calibration in scanner utilities, and that should clear up the problem. WARNING: after doing this you will have to let the tube cool for several hours, then run the air ratio calibration. Do this when no sims are planned.

4DCT and the AdvantageWorkstation

During irregular breathing red traces will be present.
Those sections will be flagged and the Workstation will acknowledge them and will complain.
Rochester wrote a script that removes the flags so the Workstation will not complain.
Everything will be fine if the gaps are not in the vicinity of the tumor, which will be obvious by the smoothness of the tumor’s motion. If the tumor motion does break up, rescan.

Preset W/L stopped working on AdvantageWorkstation…

upper right side of screen, change from CT1 to another and back again. This should restore the original W/L settings.
