Bloody Mary
2 oz Vodka 4 oz Tomato Juice 3/4 oz Lemon Juice Dash of Worcestershire Sauce Dash of Tabasco Dashes of Salt, Pepper Celery Stalk Lemon Wedge
Pour all ingredients into highball glass with ice and stir gently. Garnish with Celery Stalk and Lemon Wedge
Martini
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or olive.
Magarita
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice
Salt
Shake with ice, strain into salt-rimmed glass and serve.
Sex on the Beach
2 oz Vodka 1 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps 3 oz Pineapple Juice 3 oz Cranberry Juice Cherry
Pour ingredients into a highball glass and fill with ice. Stir Well. Garnish with a cherry.
Whiskey Sour
1 oz Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
Lemon Slice
Shake with ice and strain into Rocks Glass with ice. Garnish with Lemon Slice

1 1/4 oz Vodka 1/4 oz Triple Sec 1/4 oz Lime Juice 1/4 oz Cranberry Juice Lime Wedge
Shake with ice and strain into chilled Cocktail Glass. Garnish with Lime Wedge
Mai Tai
1 oz Light Rum 1 oz Gold Rum 1 oz Dark Rum 1/2 oz Orange Curacao 1/2 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup Maraschino Cherry
Shake all but the Dark Rum with ice. Strain into chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with the dark rum. Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry
Manhattan
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Cherry
Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with Cherry
Old Fashioned
2 oz Blended Scotch Wisky 1 tsp Water Dash of Bitters 1 Sugar Cube Lemon Peel Orange Slice Cherry
Combine the Sugar Cube, Bitters, and 1 tsp. Water in an old-fashioned glass. Muddle well, add blended Scotch Whisky, and stir. Garnish with the twist of a Lemon Peel, slices of Orange, and a Cherry
Blue Kamikaze
1 prt Blue Curacao
1 prt Blueberry Schnapps
1 splash(es) Sprite
1 prt Sours Mix
Mix all ingredients except Sprite. Top with splash of 7-Up
Shirley Temple
3 oz Sprite
3 oz Ginger Ale
Dash of Grenadine
Maraschino Cherry
Pour lemon lime and ginger ale into Collins Glass with ice cubes. Add dash of Grenadine. Garnish with Cherry
Gin and Tonic
2 oz Gin
Tonic Water
Lime Wedge
Pour the Gin into an ice-filled Collins Glass and top with Tonic Water. Garnish with a Lime Wedge
Rum and Coke
2 oz Dark Rum
6 oz Coca Cola
Lime Wedge
Pour rum over Ice cubes in Highball Glass. Fill with Cola. Stir. Garnish with a Lime Wedge
Long Island Iced Tea
3/4 oz Tequila 3/4 oz Vodka 3/4 oz Triple Sec 3/4 oz Gin 3/4 oz Light Rum 1 oz Sours Mix Cola Lemon Slice
Combine the ingredients over ice in a Highball Glass. Add the cola for color. Garnish with a Lemon Slice.
White Russian
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Kahlua
Half and Half Cream
(or Milk)
Pour Kahlua and Vodka into ice-filled Old Fashioned Glass and fill with Milk or Half and Half
Amaretto Sour
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Orange Slice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Sour Glass. Garnish with an Orange Slice
Alabama Slammer
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Southern Comfort
1/2 oz Sloe Gin
Splash of Lemon Juice
Stir all ingredients except Lemon Juice in a Highball Glass over ice. Add Lemon Juice
Tequila Sunrise
2 oz Tequila
4 oz Orange Juice
3/4 oz Grenadine
Pour Tequila and Orange Juice into ice filled Highball Glass. Pour in Grenadine slowly and allow to settle before drinking. Stir to complete.
Apple Martini
1 1/2 oz Apple Pucker
1 1/2 oz Gin
Shake with ice and strain into Martini Glass
Screwdriver
1 1/2 oz Vodka
5 oz Orange Juice
Build in ice filled Highball Glass and stir
Mudslide
1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 oz Kahlua
1/2 oz Vodka
Chocolate Milk
Mix liquors over on scoop of ice in a blender. Pour in Chocolate Milk almost to top of ice. Blend and serve in Cocktail Glass
Rusty Nail
3/4 oz Scotch Whisky
1/4 oz Drambuie
Lemon Twist
Service in an ice-filled Old-Fashioned Glass and float Drambuie. Garnish with a Lemon Twist
Bahama Mama
1 pt Dark Rum 1 pt Gold Rum 1 pt Light Rum 1 pt Coconut Liqueur 2 pt Pineapple Juice 1/2 pt Lemon Juice 2 pt Orange Juice Dash of Grenadine Cherry Orange Slice
Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into chilled Collins Glass and garnish with a Cherry and Orange Slice
Red Headed Slut
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz Jagermeister
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Shake with ice and strain into a large shot glass
Strawberry Daiquiri
1 oz White Rum 1/2 oz Strawberry Liqueur 1 oz Lime Juice 1 tsp Powdered Sugar 1 oz Strawberries
Shake with ice and strain into a Cocktail Glass
Jager Bomb
1 oz Jagermeister
1/2 can small Red Bull
Pour the Red Bull into a pint glass. Drop a shot glass fill of Jager into the Pint Glass.
Tom Collins
2 oz Gin 1 oz Lemon Juice Club Soda 1 tsp Superfine Sugar Cherry Orange Slice
Shake Lemon Juice, Sugar, Gin with ice. Strain into Collins Glass almost filled with ice. Add the Club Soda. Stir and garnish with a Cherry and Orange Slice
