What does the transform property do?

What is a breakpoint in responsive Web design?
better approach is to change the design at the size where the content starts to break in some way
What is the advantage of using a percentage (e.g. 50%) width instead of a fixed (e.g. px) width for a “column” class in a responsive layout?
you dont need to know the exact px needed makes it fluid
