Commitment: the whole team is committed to delivering the work that they have planned. members trust each other on following thru on commitments. Impact on scrum?? reinforce teams commitment during sprint planning, protect teams from mid-spring changes, and deflect excessive pressure from product owners.

Openness: to be creative and able to freely exchange ideas within team and environment. Teams are open about the progress of their work and the quality of work they produce. Impact on scrum??Facilitate openness on daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospective. Ensure constructive feedback about product and process shortcomings earlier
