Often break making housing inaccessible to elderly people with joint problems giving them a lower quality of life.
TH - Dampness?
The dampness in TH results in lung infections and illness lowering the life expectancy of long term inhabitants to 60 years.
TH - Tenure?
The housing in TH is some council owned with 60% owner occupied housing and few privately rented homes.
Points on Tenure:
Owner occupied housing costs low income occupants long mortgages trapping them in the area, however they will eventually own their home.
Privately rented homes are often kept in poor condition by landlords and occupants are unable to fix them due to lack of expertise. They can also be evicted by the landlord with little notice.
Council owned homes are often kept in better condition, however they are harder to obtain.

Less pressure on schools and hospital so higher quality of services
Less amenities such as pubs,restaurants and supermarkets so occupants have to drive to CBD - boring for young adults

Easy access to CBD for commuters
Congestion at junction during rush hour
Access to Stan Airport
Havering - Low crime rate?
People feel safer at homes, children can play outside safely - better quality of life.
