2 methods :

1. Ritter method :
   AV OPT = AV short + d
   Where d=(AVlong - AVshort) - (QApre - QAspont)
   Set short AV , measure QApre (time from QRS onset to the premature end of A wave)
   Then set long AV : QAspon (time from QRS onset to the end of A wave)
2. Ishikawa method :
   Set long AV delay, measure the period between end of atrial emptying and beginning of aortic ejection, then substract it from the set AV interval
