Now judicial and executive magistrate can do

If:

1) suicide of woman within 7 years of marriage
2) death of woman within 7 years of marriage under suspicious circumstances

Executive magistrate can conduct inquest in addition to police inquest

Custody / custodial rape / judicial magistrate shall conduct inquest .
