Why work in Japan?

A

Japan is known for its innovative technology and work ethic. I believe that working there will allow me to grow professionally. Also, I have always been fascinated by Japan’s rich culture, especially their culture of showing respect like the way they apologize, table manner, their respect to privacy and silence.

Why work in agriculture?

A

kodomo no koro, nougyou ni kakawatte, nougyou e no jounetsu ga mebaemashita. Ningen to doubutsu no seizon ni kakasenai sangyou ni koukenshitai to kangaeteimasu.

Growing up on a farm sparked my passion for agriculture. I want to contribute to an industry that is fundamental to human and animal survival.

My strength is my strong work ethic, i am dedicated and reliable, which ensures that tasks are completed efficiently.

My weakness is that I sometimes strive for perfection too much. However, I am aware of this and work on improving it.

To improve this weakness, i accept feedbacks and make adjustments as needed.

My goal is to have my own farm in the future. Working at your company will provide me with valuable experience and more knowledge in farming. In the meantime, I am eager to contribute my best efforts and learn as much as I can to help your company succeed.

I gained an experience at my grandfather’s small farm, where I learned cultivation and harvesting methods for crops such as corn, eggplant, okra, and tomatoes. I believe this experience has prepared me effectively for agricultural work and will contribute positively to my future endeavors in the field.

I will stay calm and seek clear communication. I would initiate a private conversation with the co-worker to discuss the issue directly and respectfully.

I have great respect for Japanese people. I highly admire their dedication to hard work and I’m looking forward to work collaboratively with Japanese colleagues.

Zenshoku de wa, seisan ni hitsuyō na jikan o ayamatte mitsumori, nōki ni okure ga dete shimaimashita. Kono mondai o sugu ni mitome, taimurain o saihyōka shimashita. Kono keiken kara, seikaku na keikaku to sekkyokuteki na komyunikēshon no jūyōsei o manabimashita.

In my previous job, I underestimated the time needed for production, causing delivery delays. I promptly acknowledged the issue, adjusted the timeline, and learned the value of precise planning and proactive communication.
