What is Lead Routing?
Feature that lets you distribute leads evenly among your sales reps based on your rules and territories. When you define sales territories you can channel new leads to the sales reps that are best able to convert them. When leads come in, whether from lists or from your website, NetSuite automatically assigns them to your sales reps.

What’s the difference between the projected total and the weighted total?
Projected total assumes the sale will be made and is populated with the total value of the potential sale. Weighted total multiplies the value of the sale by the probability.

What is something you must keep in mind if you choose to override the probability of an opportunity?
Since the probability is normally derived from the status (example: qualified), if it’s overridden it must continue to be maintained manually and will not change with the status.

When the information in a lead/customer record matches the criteria of the sales rules for a specific terriroty, they will be automatically assigned.
How does Netsuite handle a situation where they are multiple sales territority rules, allowing multiple assignment options?
Netsuite will use the first rule and not process following rules

What is a Group in Netsuite and what are some features of working with them?
A group is a set of contacts for which you can create groups of records to communicate with a set of individuals. For example, invite a group to a meeting, or create folders in the File Cabinet for a specific group in your organization.
Features:
- Invite everyone in a group to the same event.
- Use the shared calendar to see when the group meets or has other scheduled events.
- Create folders in the File Cabinet that only group members can view.
- Assign cases, leads, and support or sales territories to groups if the Support Group or Sales Group box is checked on the group record.
- Customer, lead and prospect groups can be selected as target groups for marketing campaigns.

What is Lead nurturing?
