What is bias?

Confirmation bias- tendency seek information to support a selected or preferred point of view
Information Overload
Rational mind can only process a few discreet pieces of information.

Can I accurately reframe the idea in my own words and with my own graphic depiction?
Analytical

Synthetic

fallacy
is a thinking defect or trick used to deceive that involves the facts, the assumptions or the logic used to support a conclusion.
Leader Development
is a lifelong process and is a leadership and individual responsibility.
combat power
is the total means of destructive, constructive, and information capabilities that a military unit/formation can apply at a given time. Army forces generate combat power by converting potential into effective action.

is the deliberate, continuous, sequential and progressive process, grounded in Army values, that grows Soldiers and civilians into competent and confident leaders capable of decisive action.

is a flexibility of mind, an ability to anticipate or adapt to uncertain or changing situations.

describes the ability to introduce something new when needed or as opportunities exist. Innovative leaders tend to be inquisitive and good problem solvers.
INTERPERSONAL TACT
Effectively interacting with others depends on knowing what others perceive. It relies on accepting the character, reactions, and motives of oneself and others.
Expertise
special knowledge and skill developed from experience, training, and education.
