After a railcar is completely unloaded what should be done before releasing it
Valve out the header and lock valve then bleed air off railcar through the dump, close both air and chemical valves, remove hoses and fittings. Put caps back on and make sure they are tool tight, wash off any residue and close dome and secure, lift expansion bridge. Secure and store hoses and fittings. Contact crew leader to verify railcar. Lower signs, stops and derailer. Complete paperwork and contact CRO to release.

Contact the powerhouse, Close Green liquor to clarifier then open weak wash back to the powerhouse, Close weak wash to the power house and open green liquor to the clarifier.
