Age of criminal responsibility.

Child is OVER 10 years and the charge is murder or manslaughter.

Age 12 - 13 years:
A
Child aged 12 - 13 years and the offence is one for which the maximum penalty available is or includes life imprisonment or for at least 14 years.

Age 12 - 13 years:
previous offence
A
Child is criminally responsible for an offence for which the maximum penalty available is or includes imprisonment for at least 10 years but lest than 14 years.
*only if they have previously committed murder, manslaughter or offence with life imprisonment or at least 14 years (12-13yrs)
