-Death caused by ingestion of controlled dangerous substance
Manslaughter
-Murder, but sudden passion or heat of blood
-Murder, but caused by adequate provocation
-Unintentional homicide while 1) unenumerated felony 2) intentional misdemeanor provocation OR 3) resisting lawful arrest
Negligent Homicide
-Negligent 1) killing by criminal negligence 2) negligent violation of statute presumptive evidence of negligence
