burglary
the unlawful breaking and entering of another’s dwelling at night with the specific intent to commit a felony therein
larceny
the unlawful taking and carrying away of the personal property of another with the intent to permanently deprive

3) the taking was accomplished by force or intimidation
intimidation: immediate threat of death or serious physical injury to the victim, a close family, or another person present
false pretenses
defendant:
1) knowingly misrepresents a past or existing material fact,
2) does so with the specific intent to defraud, and
3) thereby obtains title to the property of another
