Larceny
the taking anc carrying away of the tangible personal property of another with the intent to permanently deprive the owner thereof.
Embezzlement
the fraudulent conversion or misappropriation of the property of another by one who is already in lawful possession
Robbery
Larceny, but accomplished by taking from the person directly and by use of force or violence
False Pretenses
a false representation of a present or past material fact by the D causes the victim to pass title to his property to the defendant, who knows that his representation is false and intends thereby to defraud the vicim.
Bad Checks
the giving of a bad check is an implied representation of sufficient funds.
Larceny by trick
a form of larceny whereby the D obtains possession of the property by means of representation or promise that he knows is false at the time he takes possession
Extortion
Commonly called blackmail, defined as obtaining property of another by the use of threats of future harm.
Receiving Stolen Property
The receiving of stolen property known to be stolen with the intent to permanently deprive the owner
Forgery
a fraudulent making of a false writing with apparent legal significance and with the intent to make wrongful use of the forged document.
Burglary
the breaking and entering of the dwelling of another in the nighttime, and with the intent to commit a felony therein.
Arson
the malicious burning of the dwelling of another
