second degree murder
killing of a human being when offender is engaged in perpetration of enumerated felony even though there is no intent to kill or inflict great bodily harm
elements for attempted first degree murder

what is a dangerous weapon
any instrumentality which in manner used is calculated or likely to produce death or great bodily harm
simple burglary and aggravated burglary
both require unauthorized entry of a structure with intent to commit a felony or any theft , must have intent at time of entry, not later
theft
misappropriation or taking of anything of value which belongs to another without consent and with intent to permanently deprive
armed robbery
taking of anything of value belonging to another that is in the immediate control of another by use of force or intimidation when offender leads victim to reasonably believe he is armed with a dangerous weapon
carjacking
intentional taking of a motor vehicle belonging to another person in the presence of that person or in presence of a passenger or any other person in lawful possession of motor vehicle by use of force or intimidation
obstruction of justice
any of the following when committed with the knowledge that such act has, reasonably may, or will affect an actual or potential present, past, or future criminal proceeding as hereinafter described;
1. tampering with evidence with specific intent of distoring results of any criminal investigation or proceeding
aggravated flight from an officer
intentional refusal of a driver to bring a vehicle to a stop, where human life is endangered, knowing he should stop by a police officer when offier has reasonable grounds to believe driver committed offense
simple criminal damage to property
intentional damaging of property of another without consent by means other than fire or explosion
reckless operation of vehicle
operation of any motor vehicle in a criminally negligent or reckless manner
