Embezzlement
taking property you have been entrusted with
Burgley
unlawful entry into a building with the intent to crime, usually theft
Extortion
making a threat with the intent of getting property(usually money) from another person
Aggravated assult
weapons used or person needs medical attention(may be charged as attempted murder)
Arson
burning or attempted burning property with or without the intent to defend
Fraud
knowingly misrepresenting a fact to get property from another person
Robbery
a crime against a person, forcible stealing property by violence or the theft of violence
Larceny
theft; taking without permission someone’s property and not intending to give it back
Involuntary manslaugher
unintended killing that takes place during a crime or by criminal negligence
Simple Assult
unlawful intentional inflicting, attempted or threatened inflicting, of injury upon the person of another
1st degree murder
premeditated murder of another human being
2nd degree murder
murder of another person being, done in the “heat of the moment” with malice
Sexual assult
includes attacks or attempted attacks generally involving unwanted sexual contact between victim and offender. Sexual assaults may or may not involve force and include such things as grabbing or foundling
Identity fraud
unauthorized use or attempted use of an existing, unauthorized use or attempted use of personal information to open a new account, misuse of personal information for a fraudulent purpose
Battery
the use or force against another, resulting in harmful, offensive, or sexual contact
