Letting go of blame against a person for wrongs they did.

Desiring more than what is needed , seen as a reason for crime.
HATE CRIME
A crime due to prejudice.
IMPRISONMENT
Locking up the criminal in jail to take way civil liberties .
LAW
The rules of a country which demands citizens to follow , breaking them leads to punishment(crime) .

Enforcement of rules.
