A
∆ is not guilty if mental disease/defect, ∆ didn’t know:
- the nature + quality of the act OR
- the wrongfulness of the act

A
∆ is not guilty if the crime wouldn’t have been committed but-for the mental disease/defect

A
∆ is not guilty if mental disease/defect prevented him from being able to conform conduct to the law

A
∆ is not guilty if a mental disease/defect either:
- prevents ∆ from knowing the wrongfulness of the conduct OR
- prevents the ∆ from being able to conform his conduct to the law
