Visual Acuity: Snellen Chart -read down
Pupillary response: symmetry, move light in from side
Visual Fields: cover one eye and look at nose. Bring finger in from side and let me know when see it.
Visual inattention: look at my face, point to hand that has finger moving. Test in upper and lower fields.
Accommodation: focus on finger and keep focusing as move closer

Motor V3 palpate bulk of master and clench teeth then open
