bilateral occipital lobe infarction,

optic nerve damage, and hysteria

retinal
artery or vein occlusion, temporal arteritis, non-arteritic
ischaemic optic neuropathy and, occasionally,
optic neuritis or migraine.

Cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and bilateral optic nerve or chiasmal compression.
