Sensory- taste (anterior 2/3 tongue)
Motor- facial muscles, lacrimal glands (tear ducts)

Vestibulocochlear nerve- sensory - hearing and balance in ear (vestibular system)
CNIX
Glossopharyngeal nerve -
Sensory- pharynx, taste post 1/3 tongue
Motor- throat muscles
CNX
Vagus nerve
Sensory- visceral of respiratory tract, taste of epiglottis
Motor- muscles of palate, heart, and other viscera
CNXI
Accessory nerve - motor to Sternocleidomastoid and trapezius
CNXII
Hypoglossal nerve - motor to intrinsic muscles of tongue and throat

Loss of smell

Dilated pupil, vision problems

Dilated pupil, eye turns down and out

Unable to look down when eye is abducted
