What should expert evidence be confined to?
Expert evidence shall be restricted to that which is reasonably required to resolve the proceedings.
When will expert evidence be required?
“If it is a matter that is outside the ordinary experience of the trial judge”
Define “single joint expert”.
‘Single joint expert’ means an expert instructed to prepare a report for the court on behalf of two or more of the parties (including the claimant) to the proceedings.
