Q

What does LFT do?

A

LFT is the latest possible time for a task to finish avoiding delays in the project. Any delay in tasks will hold up the project and the completion will be delayed.

Q

What are four common errors in CPA network construction?

A
  • The diagram must start and end with a node.
  • The connecting arrows must show an activity (and times)
  • The arrows must never cross over.
  • You must never enter an end node until you know what comes next and whether there are more simultaneous tasks.
