Renamed by virtue of S230(2)
Federal High Court shall have and exercise jurisdiction to the exclusion of any other court in civil causes and matters arising from:
a)bankruptcy and insolvency
b)aviation and safety of aircrafts
c)arms ammunition and explosives
d)drugs and poisons
e)mines and minerals

The FHC shall also have jurisdiction and powers, in respect of treason, treasonable felony and allied offences.
