What does the court of session deal with?
Commercial, family and contract law, is not as full as sheriff courts
Why is there a court of reform bill on Scotland?
Litigants have a choice and senior judges are tied up in minor matters and it is not a proper hierarchy
What do they want to change about courts?
To remove third tier in civil courts and to move business from court of session to sheriff court with financial limits on each

Civil appeals from Edinburgh to London and criminal appeals from England, Wales and Northern Ireland
What is the Supreme Court made up of?
12 justices and president and Vice President (usually 5, 7, 9 or 11 judges)
