Testing :
Unit Exams: Cover content presented in the lessons leading up to the exam. Typically range from 4-12 questions per exam, depending on the amount of content covered. Passing score is 70%. Unlimited attempts are allowed.
Practice Exam: Covers content from the entire course. Includes 100 questions. The passing score is 80%. You are allowed unlimited attempts.
Testing:
Final Course Exam: Covers the entire course. Includes 100 questions. The passing score is 70%. One retake is allowed if needed.
State Licensing Exam: After you pass the final course exam, you’ll be able to register to take the state licensing exam. You’ll find the Candidate Bulletin with instructions on how to do this a little later in this lesson and again at the end of the course.
Broker Affiliation:
Broker affiliation means you’ve selected a sponsoring broker that will hold your license and oversee your real estate activities for a specific amount of time. This broker is required to supervise you while you work with the firm and must supervise you quite closely during the first few years after you become licensed.
To receive an active license, you’ll select your broker before applying for your license. Your license will be issued under your sponsoring broker when your application is approved
