What are the consequences of good law?
Attracts business; business actually exists because of the Law.
What are the consequences of bad law?
It doesn’t attract business and furthermore stifles (sufoca) business that already exists. Business exists in spite of the Law.

It’s the mathematics of Law.

The concrete solution that a given legal system has adopted for the given level problem.
Only lawyers know what it is, and the public has vague and general impressions that are not based on any real knowledge.
What does De Lege Ferenda mean?
The abstract solution that each one of us think would be appropriate if we were in charge (in other words, what the Law should be for me).
