Very good. Classic vintage with potential to age well.

Difficult year. Small crop plagued by frost, rain, cool temps, botrytis, you name it.
How are the 2020 and 2019 vintages for Red Burgundy?
2020 is excellent. Warm dry year with beautiful fruit, balanced wines that will age wonderfully.
2019 is very good as well. Perhaps a bit more concentrated and darker than 2020. Will age well also.
How was the 2018 vintage for Red Burgundy?
A wet winter helped during the very warm summer. Plenty of ripe fruit harvested, juicy wines enjoyable now, and could age short term.

‘15 was the stunner here, vintage of the decade. warm and sunny.
17 was an elegant good acid year
16 is great in some places, not in others
14 cool vintage for red, elegant wines

2009 drink now, good warm hot vintage.
2002 is ready now, also good.
2010 has great acid, very good year.
2005 is the vintage of the decade. still needs time.

2000 tough year weather wise, rain and rot
2007 suffered from rain and rot as well
