What is suspended sentence type?
Sentence given but no time covered unless probation is violated
What is delayed sentencing type ?
Delayed sentencing type is no sentence unless condition of probation are violated
What is probation/split sentence?
Serve part of sentence in jail and part on probation
What is Shock probation
Given regular prison or jail time and granted probation after 1-3 months
What are probation conditions?
Standard condition: obey all laws, report to P.O, notify PO of life changes
Special conditions: restitution, employment, drug testing, and house arrest
