A

Corporate social responsibility is the ongoing commitment of a business to operate and economically, socially and environmentally sustainable matter. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) takes into account an approach that is both ethical and socially responsible. And expressed his concern for how its practices affects the environment and society’s health and welfare, ethical concern for a workforce and refers to practices that go beyond what is likely required.

A

Triple bottom line reporting is where an organisation reports on social outcomes and environmental impacts as well as financial performance.
Performance is measured using financial performance indicators – measuring profits, financial turnover, market share and monitory value of assets held.

Advantages:

• improve efficiency
• reducing long term costs

Disadvantages:

• May slow down production
• If new technology is used, this may result in job losses.
