CVD assessment, alcohol assessment, cholesterol, BMI, physical activity, DM screen, CKD screen
Dementia screen if 65-74

Interpretation of QRISK score?

Answer 2

QRISK is your 10yr risk of CVD event

If QRISK >10% - offer Statin treatment:
1st line - Atorvastatin 20mg

If QRISK <10% - offer lifestyle advice

Aspirin not recommended unless past history of CVD event
