What is exercise characterised as?

Describe physical fitness?
The ability to carry out daily tasks with vigour and alertness, without undue fatigue and with enough reserve energy to enjoy leisure time and meet unforseen emergencies.
What is a commodity?
A product that exists to generate profit. Services or objects being bought and sold.
