What is Muktzeh? Is it generally forbidden to touch or move it?
A
Muktzeh is anything that is not needed on Shabbat. Such as money, cell phone, curling irons, etc. It is generally forbidden to touch or move it, however in certain circumstances if absolutely needed to you can move it around, but in a different manner than you normally would. You could move it with the back of your hand, or with your feet for example.

18 mins before sunset, and ends when you see three visible stars.
