A characters thoughts and emotions which are spoken out loud to the audience
Movement
A stylized movement piece which represents a section of the drama

An actor giving information to the audience which other characters in the scene don’t know about
Slow motion
A section of a drama which is performed slowly
Narration
A commentary which accompanies action in the background
Voice over
A pre-recorded voice clip which explains the actions or thoughts of a character
Soliloquy
A long speech presented by one character alone on the stage
Dialogue
The words exchanged between characters
