Possession - 7 years
Possession with intent to supply - life imprisonment
Class B Drug Penalties

Possession with intent to supply - 14 years imprisonment and/or fine
Class C Drug Penalties
Possession - 2 years imprisonment and/or fine
Possession with intent to supply - 14 years imprisonment and/or fine
How long does a temporary drug order last?
Maximum 12 months Can end sooner if revoked or added to class A, B or C
