Both thumbs begin on the same C, hands move apart (with regular scale fingering) for 2 octaves and then back together; notes are smooth and joined

Begin on C with your thumb and play each semitone (notes directly beside each other - white and black)
Fingering is 1, 3, 1, 3, 1,2,3,1,3,1,3,1,2 then reverse descending
