Substantial Performance is Required

UCC Breach
- buyer can reject all, accept all, reject some and accept others
Anticipatory Repudiation
- Unequivical manifestation from one party to another that they will not perform
-Before performance is due
they can:
- sue immediately
- suspend performance and waiting to sue
- treating K as discharged
- Urging them to perform
Prospective Inability to Perform
-reasonable doubts
-insecure party can demand assurance from other parties
