Revocation of acceptance
A
buyer can revoke acceptance when:
- nonconformity substantially impairs the value to him,
- accepted b/c reasonable belief of cure which never came OR he did not discover nonconformity because it was hard to discover OR because of seller assurances
- revokes within a reasonable time
- revokes before any change in condition of goods which is not caused by their own defect

Cannot revoke a repudiation if
A
other party cancelled the K, materially changed position b/c of repudiation, or indicated that repudiation was final

UCC vs CL SOF
A
UCC- sufficient to indicate that a K was made and is signed - key is quantity
CL: signed by parties, subject matter, reasonable certainty of essential terms
