Revocation of acceptance

A

buyer can revoke acceptance when:

  1. nonconformity substantially impairs the value to him,
  2. accepted b/c reasonable belief of cure which never came OR he did not discover nonconformity because it was hard to discover OR because of seller assurances
  3. revokes within a reasonable time
  4. revokes before any change in condition of goods which is not caused by their own defect

Cannot revoke a repudiation if

A

other party cancelled the K, materially changed position b/c of repudiation, or indicated that repudiation was final

A

UCC- sufficient to indicate that a K was made and is signed - key is quantity

CL: signed by parties, subject matter, reasonable certainty of essential terms
