Minor Penalties:
Censure
Withholding of promotion for a specific period
Recovery of pecuniary loss caused to Railway Administration due to negligence and breach of orders
Withholding of Privilege Passes/PTOs or both

a) by one stage in the current Level
b) for not more than three years
c) Without cumulative effect
d) Without affecting settlement benefits
