- Mucus Method
- Symptothermal method
define Rhythm Method
Ovulation takes place on day 14.
Sperm can remain viable for up to 4 days in the female reproductive tract.
Therefore, sex should not take place 4 days before or four days after ovulation.
define Temperature Method
Ovulation is companied by a sharp drop then rise in body temperate. Women can chart the body temperature and 3 days after the rise she can have sex again.

define Symptothermal method
Combination of all 3 methods to chart ovulation. A Fertility Monitor has been developed to measure body temperature changes and cervical mucus.

The correct size must be prescribed by a doctor.
define Cervical Cap
