Section 9: goods must be of satisfactory quality of a reasonable person
Section 10: goods must be fit for purpose
Section 11: goods must match the description
Remedies:
Section 20: right for short term reject within 30 days and receive a full refund by the same payment method
Section 23:Consumer may ask for a repair or a replacement of goods instead of a refund
Section 24: If repair and replacement are still not of satisfactory quality then the consumer can ask for a price reduction or a final rejection
rules on services
Section 49: trader must perform the service with reasonable care and skill
Section 52: Service must be performed within a reasonable time
Remedies:
repeat performance: the trader must bare the costs of labour and materials and complete the performance again within reasonable time until it conforms for what was agreed
Section 56: A right for a price reduction to the amount appropriate to the traders failure to complete the contract which would amount to a full refund
