Satisfying Quality- goods must meet the standard that a reasonable person would consider satisfactory considering price, description, and other relevant circumstances

Fit for purpose. Goods must be fit for any particular purpose made known to the trader by his he consumer

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described (SS. 33 - 36)
Remedies for breach include repair or replacement of digital content and price reduction up to a full refund if replacement is not possible
Unfair terms
Part 2 of CRA 2015 regulates unfair terms in consumer contracts, protecting consumers from terms that creates significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations, to the detriment of the consumer.
