A consumer is a person who buys goods or services for their own use

Misleading practices
Misleading : is a company claims its award winning when it’s not
Aggressive: when harassment or physical force is used to force a consumer into buying something
Prohibited: telling a consumer that they have won a price and demanded payment or claiming a store is closing when it’s not
