What are the 4 things goods must be?
- Must be of acceptable quality
- They must do what was discussed with the supplier
- Same as the description given or sample shown to you.
- You have the right expect the goods to be able to be repaired and spare parts available.
What does acceptable quality mean?
- Do what they are meant to do
- Be safe
- Last well
- No small faults
- Acceptable in look and finish
If goods are faulty what can be asked for?
- Repair
- Replace
- Refund
