+ free to access, 24/7 access, allowers consumers to choose products best for their needs and budget
- may not include all websites and can be biased to certain comapnies and suppliers
Debt counsellors
Individuals providing financial advise to individuals in debt
+ personalsied advice on budgeting and dealing eith creditors
- some debt counsellors charge a fee for service
