Ensure H+S plan is implemented
Ensure a copy of the H+S plan is available on request
Hand over consolidated H+S file to client upon completion including record of drawings, designs, materials

Inform contractor of dangers relating to construction work
Provide relative information for safe execution of work
No use of hazardous materials
Consider safe maintenance
Carry out inspections and record on site
Conduct final inspection and issue a completion certificate.
