Who is a Commercial Client?
A commercial client is anyone (individual, partnership or organisation) who has construction work carried out for them that is done in connection with a business, whether the business operates for profit or not.
Who is a Domestic Client?
A domestic client is anyone who has construction work carried out for them that is not done in connection with a business.
Who is the Principle Contractor?
A principal contractor is the contractor with control over the construction phase of a project involving more than one contractor. They are appointed in writing by the client to plan, manage, monitor and coordinate health and safety during this phase.
Who is the Principle Designer?
