Signs of constrictive pericarditis (non auscultation)
Low volume pulse
JVP - prominent X + Y decent
Radiation tattoo
Hepatomegaly and ascities
Kussmauls sign
Pulsus paradoxicus (BP falls on inspiration and may lose pulse)
